Message from the President

Dear Members and Friends of the CAI Alabama Chapter!

As 2019 draws to an end, it is with sincere appreciation that I say thank you to the CAI Alabama Board of Directors for their leadership and to each of you our dedicated members. Your commitment to CAI and to providing the highest professional service to each of the communities that you serve is what continues to make CAI Alabama a strong and forwarding thinking organization.

Looking back on 2019, we can all be proud of the many ways that CAI promoted community and civic engagement. We have enjoyed great luncheons, evening socials, a golf tournament, and awesome speakers. Many of you have let us know about the great activities that have taken place within your various communities. Many of you have continued your own professional development and achieved PCAM certification and other professional designations. Others have proposed new initiatives for the CAI Alabama Chapter. From 2019 national award recognition for our CAI Chapter to individual awards, we are strong and making an impact because of each of you.

I want to say a special word of thanks and appreciation to all of our sponsors who not only give of their expertise and time but who faithfully support CAI financially as sponsors. Because of your faithful sponsorship, CAI Alabama is able to be a viable organization within our industry and state.

It has been a wonderful year and I am excited about 2020. I believe that CAI Alabama will see greater success as we continue to seek out opportunities to make a lasting impact within Alabama.

Many Thanks,

Mildred Lanier
2020 CAI-Alabama President
