Celebrating outstanding HOA and condominium communities across Alabama

The CAI Alabama Chapter is proud to present the inaugural Best of Alabama Communities Awards, a statewide program recognizing homeowner and condominium associations that strengthen their communities through leadership, engagement, innovation, and meaningful initiatives.

Any HOA or condominium community located in Alabama may be nominated. CAI membership is not required. Residents, board members, community managers, business partners, and community volunteers are all encouraged to participate.

Winners Announced: November 12, 2026, at the CAI Alabama Annual Awards Luncheon at Huntsville Botanical Garden

Each community with an approved nomination receives two complimentary tickets to the CAI Alabama Annual Awards Luncheon. Advance RSVP is required.
